The Metalmaster SJ-24D Bead Roller is perfect for the automotive enthusiast starting out in repairing or reproducing car panels, or for anyone wanting to strengthen automotive body panels, roofs, seals or even guards. Constructed from heavy-duty plate steel, the SJ-24D Bead Roller can handle up to 1.2mm mild steel sheet metal at a generous 460mm throat depth. This bead roller is manually gear driven by a hand crank that drives both the bottom and top bead rolls simultaneously. The 25mm drive-shafts are supported in quality bronze bearing bushes that incorporates greasing nipples to ensure smooth rolling operation. The SJ-24D also includes 7 sets of the most commonly used rollers required by any metal forming automotive enthusiast or professional - 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" bead rolls, 1/2", 1/16", 1/8" flange rolls and a shearing roll set.

Overview

The SB-200 sandblast cabinet is of a compact design for home workshop or garage applications. This heavy duty powder coated unit has a fully sealed side door entry allowing larger jobs to be placed into the cabinet without any obstruction and uses a secure single lock latch system, the hopper below stores and re-circulates the blast medium. Its uses are many and varied from blasting rust, paint, dirt and any other foreign material from your current project to etching work (e.g. glass) with the use of the correct blast medium. This cabinet is supplied with a low voltage work light, protective gloves, blast gun, replacement protective screens and an assortment of ceramic tips. It also has provision to connect a dust extraction system via the side vent when heavy sandblasting is required.

Overview

The PPH-51 Planishing Hammer has been long used in metal fabrication and restoration to smooth large areas of metal after it has been roughly shaped with a hammer and sand bag. Common uses are for custom motorcycle gas tank and fender manufacturing, street rod bodies, patch panels for auto restoration, repair and metal sculpting. The power head is a heavy-duty aircraft rivet gun, sturdy steel fabricated frame with 500mm throat depth, is beefy enough to smooth 1.2mm mild steel. A quick release allows the lower shaft to slide down, to accept panels with deep flanges. The power head adjustment controls the intensity from 875-1350 blows per minute. A foot control starts and stops the hammering while being hooked up to compressed air. Includes Ø32mm flat top die, 25, 50 and 76mm radius anvils. The machine weigh's 25kg and has bolt holes to be easily secured to floor.
