Overview

The most recent edition to the Metalmaster Hydraulic NC Panbrake range now comes complete with a 7" colour touch screen control panel. The beauty of this Ezy-Touch screen design is it can store a massive 99 programs with 20 bend angles per program, and each bend angle allows you to fine-tune the material bend compensation. This feature simply removes the guess work out and takes bending to the next level to achieve accuracy & repeatability every time. Another unique attribute built-in is a quick action head allowing adjusting for the different material thickness from 1mm to 6mm The welded frame is constructed from heavy gauge steel for superior strength & minimal flex when operating under full capacity with extreme load. Metalmaster have thought outside the box when designing & manufacturing this machine as they have also made the clamp fingers extra long so you can bend up deep boxes or pans.

Overview

Manufactured in Taiwan The BS-10LS heavy duty metal cutting band saw has many features on offer with a swivel base to cut mitres up to 45 degrees, variable speed control, hydraulic feed control a cutting capacity of up to 250mm diameter or 468 x 250mm in steel at 90º and two ball bearings per side on the blade guides for optimal control and accuracy. There is a choice of blade speeds via an adjustable dial system so that the cutting speed can be changed to suit a wide range of materials, whilst the built-in coolant system ensures maximum cutting efficiency and longer blade life. Both blade control arms are adjustable, allowing them to be positioned as close to the cut as possible. This means reliably and accurate cuts! The cutting operation works automatically with the weight of the head providing the cutting force and a limit switch shutting the machine down when the cut is complete. The weight of the head is counterbalanced by an adjustable hydraulic damper to control the feed rate, an excellent machine choice for maintenance shops, steel fabrications, and engineering workshops. . Overview

This HM-54GV geared head vertical and horizontal turret milling machine now includes a inverter variable speed drive on the vertical spindle, with a powerful continuous-load 2.2kW / 3hp vertical motor and a 2hp motor for the horizontal spindle, intended for trade use. The work table is precision made with adjustable dovetail guides and is recognised for its 600mm X axis by 200mm Y axis travel.
