Overview

The most recent edition to the Metalmaster Hydraulic NC Panbrake range now comes complete with a 7" colour touch screen control panel. The beauty of this Ezy-Touch screen design is it can store a massive 99 programs with 20 bend angles per program, and each bend angle allows you to fine-tune the material bend compensation. This feature simply removes the guess work out and takes bending to the next level to achieve accuracy & repeatability every time. Another unique attribute built-in is a quick action head allowing adjusting for the different material thickness from 1mm to 4mm The welded frame is constructed from heavy gauge steel for superior strength & minimal flex when operating under full capacity with extreme load. Metalmaster have thought outside the box when designing & manufacturing this machine as they have also made the clamp fingers extra long so you can bend up deep boxes or pans.

Overview

This HM-54GV geared head vertical and horizontal turret milling machine now includes a inverter variable speed drive on the vertical spindle, with a powerful continuous-load 2.2kW / 3hp vertical motor and a 2hp motor for the horizontal spindle, intended for trade use. The work table is precision made with adjustable dovetail guides and is recognised for its 600mm X axis by 200mm Y axis travel. There is a three armed handle on the side for drilling also incorporating a fine feed control hand wheel on the front for milling. The hi-low geared head selector lever mounted on right side of milling head allows for quick change off speed range. Other features include 3-Axis digital readout system, taper roller bearing support for the spindle, easy-to-read drilling depth stop, low voltage LED work light, coolant system, X axis power feed unit, drill chuck, 1" & 1-1/4" horizontal arbors, 2 & 3 morse taper adaptors. Overview

Floor standing, heavy duty metal turning lathe suitable for the keen model engineer and general maintenance work shops. Featuring a precision ground, induction hardened bed, fully gear driven spindle with a speed range of 65 - 1810rpm, selectable via the front of headstock mounted gear selection levers. 2HP single phase 240V motor is supplied on machine, taper roller spindle bearings, range of cross and longitudinal feed speeds selected on a separate gearbox, thread chasing dial, spindle foot brake, chuck guard with safety interlock, guarded leadscrew, splash guard, coolant pump system, work lamp, digital readout on a separate panel. Supplied with a large range of standard accessories including a 150mm(6") 3 jaw self centring chuck, 200mm(8") 4 jaw independent chuck, face plate and dead centres. 5 to 3 MT reduction sleeve, steady rest, follow rest, quick change tool post with 4 tool holders. The floor stand is supplied with a swarf tray and incorporates a foot brake. Change gears and toolbox with maintenance tools. The overall capacities are 900mm between centres and 300mm swing over the bed. A gap bed facility gives 450mm swing. Thread cutting facilities in Metric & Imperial with a reversible leadscrew, the thread chasing dial provides easy re-engagement of the leadscrew in the correct position. (note the thread chasing dial is designed for imperial only).

Overview

Manufactured in Taiwan The BS-10LS heavy duty metal cutting band saw has many features on offer with a swivel base to cut mitres up to 45 degrees, variable speed control, hydraulic feed control a cutting capacity of up to 250mm diameter or 468 x 250mm in steel at 90º and two ball bearings per side on the blade guides for optimal control and accuracy. There is a choice of blade speeds via an adjustable dial system so that the cutting speed can be changed to suit a wide range of materials, whilst the built-in coolant system ensures maximum cutting efficiency and longer blade life. Both blade control arms are adjustable, allowing them to be positioned as close to the cut as possible. This means reliably and accurate cuts! The cutting operation works automatically with the weight of the head providing the cutting force and a limit switch shutting the machine down when the cut is complete. The weight of the head is counterbalanced by an adjustable hydraulic damper to control the feed rate, an excellent machine choice for maintenance shops, steel fabrications, and engineering workshops. .
