Unlike a lot of other brands with the dryer being built into the Screw ours is separate which means that if any issue arises with the air dryer you can continue to use the screw, and even do a straight swap for the dryer. This avoids any downtime which will end up costing you a lot more in the long run. Ease of servicing also makes this unit very attractive as all main componentry have easy access panels along with our basic service guide so you or your local service agent can service without any issues. All parts and service kits are readily available through Peerless Products along with technical support if required. This unit has a variable speed motor for direct energy savings, which is run by the intelligent touch screen control panel, which shows you all the relevant information, with live feedback, including service intervals and alarms. Super quiet running noise of 70dB(a).

Overview

The most recent edition to the Metalmaster Hydraulic NC Panbrake range now comes complete with a 7" colour touch screen control panel. The beauty of this Ezy-Touch screen design is it can store a massive 99 programs with 20 bend angles per program, and each bend angle allows you to fine-tune the material bend compensation. This feature simply removes the guess work out and takes bending to the next level to achieve accuracy & repeatability every time. Another unique attribute built-in is a quick action head allowing adjusting for the different material thickness from 1mm to 4mm The welded frame is constructed from heavy gauge steel for superior strength & minimal flex when operating under full capacity with extreme load. Metalmaster have thought outside the box when designing & manufacturing this machine as they have also made the clamp fingers extra long so you can bend up deep boxes or pans.
