Overview

The Metalmaster HP-20PP 20 tonne workshop press has a variety of uses, ideal for removing and installing bushes, ball joints, bearings, gears, pulleys etc. The HP-20PP also has the added feature of a sliding head which can be moved to the side allowing for those offset pressing jobs. The 20 tonne hydraulic ram and pump unit are also easily removed for use on other pressing jobs outside your workshop such as straightening or bending. The press is supplied with a pressure gauge, two heavy duty pressing plates and is constructed from industrial grade C channel making it ideal for mechanics or the serious home workshop.

Overview

The BS-5V is the smallest portable swivel head metal cutting band saw in our range. It is very suitable for the home model engineer where space may be tight but an accurate machine is required. Constructed mainly from cast alloy and steel, it has a very rigid bow that enables a high degree of tension to be applied to the blade. The whole bow and motor assembly can be swivelled from 0° to 60° to create accurate mitre cuts. The blade is firmly guided by double ball bearing and is driven via the direct drive motor fitted with variable speed, so the blade speed can be adjusted to suit the task in hand. The conveniently located hand trigger switch on the bow and a spring system supports the weight of the bow during operation. This is a compact and very well made machine with enough capacity for most home model engineers and it can be relied on to deliver an accurate cut every time.

Manufactured in Taiwan The BS-5S is step up from the BS-4A & BS-5 simply by the unique designed of the swivel head enables the material to be located in its original clamping position, therefore when cutting long material at an angle it wont interfere with other items around the work shop. This economically priced metal cutting band saw incorporates a wide and robust four-legged stand cross braced with four leg supports for additional stability when cutting longer and heavier material. The ball bearing guided blade can be driven at a choice of three speeds via a reduction gearbox, depending on the type of material being cut and there is an automatic cut-off, adjustable for height, for stopping the motor when the cut is complete. One notable feature on this saw is it supplied with an additional work table enabling the operator to use this machine in a vertical operation, ideal for maintenance shops, light steel fabrications, and engineering workshops. Overview

The EWM-89 English wheel is designed to allow craftsmen to form smooth curves from flat sheets of metal. They are mainly used in car, motorcycle, aviation and racing car construction or restoration where sheet metal panels need to have compound curves formed. The operator passes the sheet metal between the anvil wheel and the rolling wheel. This process stretches the material and causes it to become thinner. As the material stretches, it forms a convex surface over the anvil wheel. This heavy duty steel fabricated machine has a large 914mm throat which allows a capacity of 1.6mm for mild steel and 2mm for Copper and Aluminium. Supplied with a 152mm diameter x 57mm wide top rolling wheel and 60, 83, 127, 216, 305mm radius dies & 1 x flat die. The machine weighs 101kg and has provisions to be easily secured to floor.
